By accessing or using any of our Services — including Makan Apa, Certhora, AZP Assets, Ticki, and any future products under AZP GROUP SDN BHD — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use our Services in any way that violates applicable Malaysian law or any other jurisdiction's law.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Services, servers, or databases.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our Services without express written permission.

Certain Services are offered on a subscription or one-time payment basis. All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified, and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials available through our Services are the intellectual property of AZP GROUP SDN BHD or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

If our Services allow you to submit, upload, or post content, you grant AZP Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, AZP GROUP SDN BHD, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AZP GROUP SDN BHD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. AZP Group is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
