Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, one-time purchases, and services offered by AZP GROUP SDN BHD across all our platforms and products, including Makan Apa, Certhora, AZP Assets, Ticki, and any other services operated under AZP GROUP SDN BHD.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.
2. Subscription Plans
Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is collected during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which you will not be charged further. We do not provide refunds for partial months used.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase date are eligible for a full refund, provided the Service has not been materially used (e.g., no significant data has been processed or generated). After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for the remaining unused period of an annual subscription.
3. One-Time Purchases
Refunds for one-time purchases (e.g., add-ons, credits, or feature unlocks) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase if you believe a refund is warranted. Refunds will not be issued for digital goods that have already been accessed, downloaded, or consumed.
4. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be granted if:
- You request a refund within the applicable window stated above.
- The Service was materially non-functional due to a technical issue on our end that could not be resolved.
- You were charged in error or duplicate.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after the refund window has passed.
- Failure to use the Service during the subscription period.
- Third-party integration issues outside our control.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Your registered email address.
- The product or service name.
- The date of purchase and payment reference number.
- The reason for your refund request.
Send your request to official@azmiproductions.com or use the contact form on our Contact page. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take 5–14 business days to appear on your statement.
All refunds are issued in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). AZP Group is not responsible for any exchange rate differences that may apply to international transactions.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of your account. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where we believe the request is fraudulent or does not meet the conditions of this policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
